About us
Home-style Indian cooking, a table away.
The menu here traces back to family recipes, refined over generations rather than reinvented for a trend. When we opened, we made one rule that hasn't changed since: no shortcuts on the base. Our gravies still simmer for hours, and our tandoor still gets the char that most kitchens skip to save time.
That same patience shows up everywhere else — in how we source ingredients, in how we handle dietary requests, and in how we run our booking calendar. Real availability, honest sourcing, and food that tastes the same on your fortieth visit as it did on your first.

Our story
2014
Opened with a menu built directly from the founder's grandmother's recipes — refused to shortcut a single one.
2017
Invested in a proper tandoor oven, changing the char and depth of our grilled dishes for good.
2019
Built a wine and beverage pairing menu specifically for spice-forward cuisine, a rarity at the time.
2022
Opened a second location closer to the business district, with extended weekday lunch hours.
2024
Replaced phone-based reservations with live availability, ending the days of busy signals during peak hours.
What we stand for
No shortcuts on the base
Our gravies simmer for hours, not minutes — that's where the flavor actually comes from.
Honest sourcing
We choose suppliers for quality and traceability, not the lowest bid.
Dietary needs, taken seriously
Every dish is tagged clearly, and the kitchen genuinely adjusts, not just gestures at accommodation.
Consistency at every seating
The forty-first plate tastes the same as the first, every single service.
