Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For weekday dinners, same-day booking usually works. For Friday/Saturday evenings or large groups, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days ahead — our real-time calendar will show you exactly what's open.

Question 2

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or change a reservation, so we can offer the table to someone else. No fee for reasonable-notice cancellations.

Question 3

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Yes, whenever we have a free table — but reservations are always prioritized, especially on weekends. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly if a walk-in table is likely.

Question 4

What's the maximum party size for an online booking?

Accepted Answer

Online booking covers parties up to 8. For larger groups or private events, message us directly — we'll coordinate seating and, for bigger parties, a tailored menu.

Question 5

Can I request a specific table?

Accepted Answer

Let us know your preference (window seat, quieter corner, etc.) in the booking notes — we'll do our best to accommodate, though it can't be guaranteed on very busy nights.

Question 6

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every dish is clearly labeled veg, vegan, or spicy on our menu, and our kitchen can adjust spice levels or swap ingredients for most allergies. Mention it when booking, or tell your server on arrival.

Question 7

Is your menu fully vegetarian, or mixed?

Accepted Answer

We serve both — a substantial vegetarian and vegan selection alongside meat and seafood dishes, all clearly tagged so you don't have to guess.

Question 8

Do you host private dining or group events?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we host private dinners, celebrations, and small corporate events. Message us with your date, guest count, and any special requests and we'll put together a proposal.

Question 9

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

Smart casual is comfortable for most evenings — no strict dress code, though we'd ask you to skip beachwear or gym clothes for dinner service.
