Reading our spice-level labels
By Head Chef
Mild means genuinely approachable for most palates — warm spice, no real heat. It's not a watered-down version, just built without chili intensity.
Medium carries real heat that builds gradually rather than hitting all at once — comfortable for most regular spicy-food eaters.
Spicy is intentionally intense, built for guests who specifically want it. We can dial any dish up or down a level on request — just ask your server.
If you're unsure, start one level below what you think you want — it's easier to add heat with a side condiment than to fix an overly spicy plate.
