Seasonal menu changes, explained

By Head Chef

Our core menu — the dishes people come back for specifically — stays fixed year-round. Seasonal rotation happens around it, usually 4-6 dishes at a time.

Produce availability drives most changes: certain vegetables and greens are only genuinely good for a few months, and we'd rather rotate them out than serve a mediocre version out of season.

We also use seasonal specials to test dishes that might eventually earn a permanent spot on the menu — a few of our current regulars started as one-season experiments.

If you loved a seasonal dish that's since rotated off, tell your server or message us — enough requests genuinely does bring dishes back.
